the base rate covers the first 7 people Each additional person is just $30 per person/per day. This is applied to anyone age 3 and over (kids 2 and under are free). The fee is applied to anyone that comes to the property (not just those staying the night). The extra person fee covers additional wear and tear to the property and amenities, additional professional cleaning/disinfecting, increased use of the internal plumbing, electricity, and other utilities, etc. Want to bring a pet? No problem, it's just $300 per pet per stay.

5 Cars should be parked in the garage or on the driveway. There is ample parking for many cars on our property. Absolutely no street parking permitted.
6 Fireworks are prohibited on the property.
7 Neighbors are aware that guests often stay at this home. Please treat them with respect and courtesy as you would the people in your neighborhood.

9 We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
10 No off-road vehicles are allowed on the premises.
11 Refund Policy: 100% refund up to 30 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival.
12 Please do not attach anything to the walls or ceilings with tape, tacks or anything else as this can cause damage which you will be charged for.
13 Please place any moved furniture back in its original position. A $100 fee will apply if all items are not properly reset before checkout.
14 The indoor pool is open between year-round and is kept at 75 degrees. If you would like the pool temperature turned up, the cost is $25 per degree per day. Please let us know at least 1 day prior to check-in so that we can be sure the temperature is set for you. Our maintenance team comes at least once a week to ensure the pool remains in great shape for guests. They will typically be in and out within a half hour or so.
15 Pets are NOT allowed in the pool.
16 An additional fee of $200 will be charged for guests who arrive early (before the designated check in time) and also for those who check out late (after the designated check out time).
