After dinner, kick your feet up and relax on the oversized sectional and enjoy a movie with the provided complimentary Netflix. Electronic keypad entry for convenience and self check-in. the exterior amenities on the property belong to the separate house on the property These areas are off limit to Vrbo guests. The areas that are off limits are the pool and patio area attached to the main house on the property, and the front and back porches attached to the main house. We kindly ask that all guests are respectful of these off limit areas.

- do not flush any trash, paper towels, flushable wipes, baby wipes, feminine products, condoms, diapers, tissues, cigarette butts, pills, cotton balls, q-tips, or anything that is not toilet paper down the toilet
- do not rinse any food or grease down the kitchen sink drain Please be mindful of what is placed in the garbage disposal.
- parking: there is one designated guest parking space, in front of, and/or inside the far right garage bay which is conveniently located closest to the apartment entrance If additional parking spaces are needed, please contact the host prior to your arrival.
- please note: children friendly does not mean the area is child-proof It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to monitor their children's actions AT ALL TIMES.
- please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
- there is an extra guest fee of $35/person after the fourth guest (Maximum of 6 guests total).
