Close to Honeysuckle Bay and Sportsman Park for lake access. Located between Couer d'Alene and Sandpoint, close to Silver mountain and Schweitzer mountain for summer and winter sports.

we live in the woods near the lake which provides a peaceful, quiet environment and beautiful view It also means we have all types of wildlife. Deer, foxes, hawks, eagles, bats, cougars, as well as more pesky neighbors like mice and some flying bugs in the summer. We have regular professional pest control to keep our house pest free, but you may see some of the above animal neighbors. Keeping the screen door closed at all times also helps.
