we strive to keep the encanto casita as allergy free as possible so that future guests are confident they'll be comfortable when here We prohibit smoking, e-cigarettes, incense, burning of candles, or anything else that will give the apartment a strong scent that might impact a future guest. We even strive to rent to non-smokers only, that way the particulates that cling to clothing can't be transferred to the couch, pillows, drapes, etc., and possibly affect future guests.
