Positive: I liked the fast check- in, breakfast buffet spread and the hotel stay. The hotel staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. I appreciate how the shuttle bus drivers were professional even when in difficult situations and the staff at the breakfast buffet making the omelettes seem happy to be working at the hotel.
Negative: I was not informed about the shuttle bus schedule. Consequently, we waited 1h for the last shuttle bus. Another 2-3 families were angry/tired from the long wait and the driver had to deal with them. I noticed that no tips were given. I suggest informing guests about the shuttle bus schedule for better management of customers' expectations. No drinking water was provided in the suite. I was directed to a water dispenser machine, which is useful for parents to make formula milk for their children. I suggest providing drinking water in reusable glass bottles or better signage for the water dispenser machine.
