This home is located on a private road with 2 parking spots and separate entry. You will have your own private apartment, beach on Angle Lake. Lake view from your bedroom, living room or balcony with 180 degree of lake view.
*apartment #3 has two rooms one california king size bedroom with a full view of the lake, and the other room has a full-size bed, closet for each room, a queen size air-mattress, full bathroom, modern new kitchen, dining area, exquisite living room space with a beautiful view of the lake, laundry room, balcony that face the lake gorgeous waterfront The Lake is stocked with trout and bass fishes, so you can fish and swim. Home is spacious and nicely decorated. We just remodeled it November of 2019. You will have a smart lock to check in yourself. We don’t live in the property, but we are 10 minutes away if you need anything.

And the back sliding door has two steps to get to the water. Once you open this sliding door you can use this to go in and out by going around the house, to avoid the stairs.
