-you access your private front door through a private courtyard, no area is shared, the old forge building is accessible from the courtyard & is now used as an outbuilding
-the ground floor has a large kitchen with all modern utilities and granite worktops,, separate utility room, large dining room, comfy lounge plus a luxury bathroom
underfloor heating runs throughout the beautiful oak-beamed rooms downstairs
-the 1st floor has 2 very spacious double bedrooms one the with a king & the other with a small double bed, plus a family bathroom
-the 2nd floor features a further large bedroom with vaulted ceilings with 1 small double plus 1 single bed on the landing area you can find a perfect peaceful office area
-the upstairs is all centrally heated
-there is space for 1 car to park in the courtyard or there is plenty of free parking on the road outside, no restriction on the number of cars
