our front yard accommodates comfortably 4 cars There is also additional parking space on the street. Please respect our neighborhood and do not park in front of neighbors' houses. Our garage is also available for use upon request.
@laundry: the washer and dryer are located in the garage, which is not very convenient! however, you are welcome to use them for your needs We provide a starter pack of laundry pods and dryer sheets.

Summary: We had a mixed experience during our stay. On the plus side, the location was fantastic. Close to all activities we wanted to do. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, which made for a restful sleep. Communication with the owner was excellent quick responses and helpful information.However, the home itself is in serious need of renovations. There were several issues that were hard to ignore such as sagging doors holes in the walls and chipped to paint throughout. The dryer vent was clogged, and I had to take apart clean and unclog it in order for it to dry. The air filter for the AC was very dirty, which made us concerned about air quality. I also saw in a previous review that the floors turned feet and socks black, and unfortunately, we experienced the exact same thing.Given the price we paid. I expected a much higher standard-more akin to a five star hotel than what we found, which felt more like a Motel 6. For the price point, I would’ve expected better upkeep attention to detail. In summary while the location and comfort were good the lack of maintenance, invisible wear and tear on the property, made it hard to justify the cost. I hope the owner addresses these issues to bring the property up to the level of quality people are expecting at this price point.
