an elegant chateau nestled in a landscaped park surrounded by high walls and a beautiful swimming pool A property full of character with many original elements, along with a lovely covered terrace great for 'al fresco' dining with the family, overlooking the gardens and pool area. A perfect French country retreat in the heart of the Perigord. Entering this chateau via the grand gates, you will find the front of the property accessed via the prety courtyard with its hundred-year-old trees and apple orchard. There is a quaint renovated guest cottage with a beautiful covered terrace to one side and the main facade of the Chateau in front.
inside the chateau, all the living rooms of the castle also over look the courtyard and gardens There is a large grand living room with a monumental fireplace and a beautiful large dining room with its tailor-made bookcases surrounding another fireplace. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking stove, ovens, dishwasher, American fridge freezer, microwave, kettle toaster and coffee machine. Also in the ground floor is a laundry room and toilet.

Also on this side of the Chateau is a further double bedroom with separate full sized bathroom.
