Positive: Great location close to CBD and main arterial roads. Peaceful green park. Good price. Very secure.

Negative: TV from like 1999, couldn't get hardly any channels don't even think about apps, built in DVD didn't read. Tiny, hard to see a 20 inch tv from 10 metres away need to upgrade please. Mattress a little lumpy. Hair dryer lasted 1 minute. They need to do some updates to this century please. TV with WiFi and apps plz
