located in a small, private enclave of only three other villas in the fairway oaks section in desirable west beach of kiawah (we also have one other in this section if you need two units!), this charming upstairs, two bedroom, two bath villa offers peaceful (and private) lagoon views You and your family will love the short walk to the beach, the short stroll over to the Cougar Point Golf Course, its new clubhouse along with it's great restaurant! The kitchen and living area has been renovated to create a great open-concept family living space. The outdoor deck, overlooking the serene lagoon, is the perfect place for enjoying your morning coffee, dining under the stars, or gathering with family and friends. The master bedroom (with private bath and king bed) overlooks the peaceful lagoon. The second bedroom features two twin beds. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room. Recent updating includes new carpeting, a new shower door in the master bath, new mattresses, and fresh paint. the kiawah bike paths can also lead you to many interesting places on the island, to the upscale freshfields village shopping center, to bohicket marina, and even out to kiawah's majestic, championship ocean course, if you so desire!
