This easy-access unit has high ceilings and perfect views of the lake. This condo sleeps 4 people. There is a king size bed in the bedroom and sleeper sofa in the living room. The shaded North-facing patio with table and chairs will allow you to relax and take in the views of the lake, golf course (Reflection Bay Hole 17 view from balcony!), palm trees and prestigious LLV community. Location offers peace and quiet, away from pool and Village noise. The kitchenette has a convection-microwave oven combo and there is also an induction cook top with two burners, compact refrigerator, coffee maker, plates, glasses silverware and toaster. Bathroom basics such as towels, soap and shampoo are also included. Free wireless high speed internet, Roku TV (complimentary Netflix, Amazon Prime and PLEX movies!) and Dish satellite TV are included. Flat screen TVs are included in living room and bedroom. Fully stocked fitness room provides beautiful view of LLV Village. Facility also offers coin laundromat, free underground parking, large swimming pool and hot tubs that are heated year-round. We are also right next door to the LLV Hilton, steps away from shops and restaurants as well as the LLV Marina, where you can rent kayaks, paddle boards and much more. 35 miles of bike trails are connected to LLV and nearby trailhead parks. We are 15 minutes from Lake Mead National Park, 20 minutes from McCarran International Airport and 25 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip.
