located at sunset waterfront resort on sunset drive, only a block from prospera place, and a short walk to the downtown restaurants, pubs, coffee shops, etc Many new local craft breweries are in the area, as well as the casino and boutique shopping. Three of Kelowna's finest restaurants are at the end of the block: Waterfront Wines, Erica Jane and Bouchons. Analog Coffee and the Cuban Cafe are also at the end of the block as well as a new convenience and grocery store.

access to tugboat beach (right behind the resort) is through the nature sanctuary just north of the neighboring building It connects to a boardwalk that leads you to the downtown area, through the parks and beaches, past the Delta Grand. A beautiful walk.
