it cannot be stressed enough how special this location is We are the first house on the first private beach just north of downtown in the Cultural District. We border the wildlife sanctuary and have our own private beach and lake access. Our outdoor toy chest has sand toys, beach balls, bubble makers, beach balls and badminton.
relax in our tastefully decorated vacation home with expansive windows to take in the view BBQ and play on our spacious deck and lawn. Our modern kitchen has all the conveniences you need to cook, entertain or revel. The dining table seats eight and the breakfast bar seats four. Outdoor dining is our specialty. Eat in shade or sunlight as you watch the yacht races, then the sunset.
