conveniently located in the historic peachtree towers Fully equipped kitchen. High-quality linen and mattress to make sure you get a good night's sleep after a long journey. You will love the apartment and the uniqueness of its design. The living room can be made into a business space or transferred into an additional bed to accommodate 4 people. All the extra linen is of course included. Smart TV with cable and free WiFi for your entertainment if you decided to stay in. If you like to explore the city, you are perfectly located for the best entertainment that is less than 10 min away.

check-in is very easy There is 24 hours concierge at the building and it is located at the main front entrance of the building. Please bring your valid ID for the check in, we will let them know about your arrival. Please let us know the names who are checking in so the concierge is aware and can cross reference it with their reservations. You will be provided a digital code for the door and a fob. Please feel free to ask the concierge how to get to your apartment, lift locations etc. or contact us anytime!

heating and air: this old system uses a boiler/chiller to push hot or cold water to a fan coil inside an exchange unit in the condo The exchange unit blows hot or cold air off of the fan coil into the room. An exchange unit is located below the windows in every room. The plates on top of the exchange unit can be flipped up to regulate the hot or cold air fan speed. The system is limited to hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air. When it is unseasonably hot or cold fans or space heaters can be provided upon request.
washer and dryer: ($175 per load) is in on the basement level.

parking: parking is not included There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.
