The owners of this one story craftsman-style house have extensively renovated it as if they were going to live in it themselves, and in so doing have made this house into a home. The exterior has been re-sided with cedar siding and painted trim in white and green. The front porch has two porch swings on either side, facing each other. Great for sitting and watching the world go by. On the inside the original wood floors are newly restored and each room is trimmed in varnished wood. Some furnishings are the owners' personal collection of antiques. It's the perfect place to get away from all the hustle and bustle and still have the comforts and conveniences of a clean, cozy home.
the location is walking distance to restaurants, a grocery store, laundry mat, and the post office It's a short distance to Ten Mile Lake access and the county park where one can enjoy boating, fishing, and so much more. Ocean and dunes access is also near. It's the perfect location for those interested in exploring the southern Oregon Coast.
one bedroom has one king-size bed; the 2nd bedroom has two xl twin beds; there is a sofa bed in the living room that makes out into a queen size bed; and if needed we can provide a portable crib/playpen
