this one bedroom, garden-level listing is cozy, comfortable, and cute with a queen-sized bed and a closet Garden-level unit of a triplex built in the early 1900's. One queen bed, 3/4 bath with a fully furnished kitchen. There is 1 "tenant only" parking spot available for your use in the small lot behind the house. Private entrance to the apartment (east side of building). 1 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen, living area. There is one parking space available on the south side of the house (see photos).
only about 7 blocks from the mayo clinic You will be close to shopping, restaurants, parks, a tennis court, and a bustling downtown teaming with unique and locally-owned businesses.

as this is a garden-level apartment, keep in mind that there are stairs (7 interior steps)
ceilings are low- between 6 and 7 feet
