Conveniently located 1.5 hours east from NYC, 20 minutes west of the Hamptons, 20 minutes from Riverhead, 30 minutes from the northfork, this hidden gem of a Long Island town is centrally located, quiet, and breathtakingly beautiful. We call it the “just big enough” house because everything is “just big enough” for our family of four. Our property is a bungalow-esque home, with full views of the water from the inside and a large deck with two large areas, outdoor lounging and dining. The house is directly located on Senix Creek which opens up to the Moriches Bay. We have a small pool with a 7’ deep end, a large propane grill and a fenced in yard.

this is a well lived in and well loved home It is not merely an investment property bought to create a rental income. As such there are the pros and cons of renting such a home.
