this 3,800-square-foot cabin is located in summit park, a community of aspen and pine woodlands just off i-80 The neighborhood is a haven for hiking and mountain biking, with the Millennium Trail across the street and Summit Park trails within easy biking distance. You'll be a matter of minutes from Woodward Park City (just over a mile), Canyon Village at Park City (nine miles), Park City Mountain (13 miles), Deer Valley Resort (13 miles), and downtown Salt Lake City (21 miles). Alta, Snowbird, and Brighton are all within 30 miles as well.
this cabin is a warm and inviting space for your family to gather, full of large rooms, lofty ceilings, and natural log walls that enhance the alpine atmosphere The great room sits at the heart of the home, bringing together a spacious living area where you can read by the beautiful fireplace, a dining space, and an open and modern kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, and an island breakfast bar. Step outside in any direction and find the incredible deck wrapping around all four sides of the house.
entertainment awaits both upstairs and down Retreat to the loft to play Double Shot basketball or unwind in the downstairs family room with a 72-inch smart TV, a soft sectional (with a sofabed), and a bar with a mini-fridge and sitting area. When it's time to turn in, choose between two bedrooms on the bottom floor (including a bunk room with books and toys for kids), one bedroom on the main floor, and two bedrooms on the top floor. Each level has a full bathroom with a tub and shower.
