if you are looking for a beautiful, large, quiet home to relax with your family or business colleagues, you found it This spacious home is great for groups. Price includes accommodations for 12 guests, including children. NO PARTIES. NO LOUD MUSIC. Any groups of 15 or more require management approval in advance, and additional fee. We can accommodate 5 full size vehicles/vans maximum. Street parking is not permitted. This home is not suitable for loud groups. There are 7 queen beds and 1 king bed. Up to 5 portable beds can be provided upon request. This beautiful home boasts newer furnishings, including 10 flat screen HDTV’s in the following areas: living room, den and all bedrooms. There are EIGHT bedrooms, SIX full bathrooms, a powder room (toilet & sink) and 2 separate thermostats for your comfort. For our little guests, we have a baby bathtub, high chair and pack n play (portable crib).
