guests are not responsible for the final cleaning, but they must leave the house in good condition, the kitchen tidy and the garbage in the bins on the street, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged
check-in
the check-in time is from 17:00 to 21:00 All arrivals between 21:00 and 23:59 will have a surcharge of 50€. Arrivals after 24 hours must be notified in advance and will have an additional charge as the case may be.
the person responsible for the check-in will wait in the house to hand over the keys and will explain the operation of the facilities If for any reason you cannot arrive at the agreed time, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid waiting.
the loss of the keys will have a supplement of 75€ for each game and 100€ for the parking control
