The property is surrounded by a lush garden, and offers a large covered terraced outdoor space with BBQ area. *The property offers an external room, where one person can sleep, however we would like to point out the presence of a very steep staircase and a very narrow space, therefore it is not recommended for a very small child (in the gallery the photo with the white staircase).

- check-in in our offices from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm and check-out by 9:00 am; for check-in after 8:00 pm a supplement of €5000 must be paid
- pets are allowed with a supplement of €3000 for cleaning, on request
- as in all our properties, smoking is prohibited inside
- deposit (mandatory): 200 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 2000 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
