located on its own with expansive views of unspoilt surrounding countryside, the property is within 5 minutes of brossac with its leisure lake/beach, restaurants, saturday morning market,tennis courts and local shops The market towns of Chalais and Barbezieux are each 15 minutes drive and have impressive chateaux and restaurants. The beautiful town of Cognac is 45 minutes away while the elegant port town of Bordeaux is only an hour's drive. Aubeterre, one of the prettiest villages in France, is 20 minutes and the beautiful Atlantic coast at Royan 1 hour.
