The Villa is situated in a very scenic area, in a quiet cul-de-sac on the side of a mountain. Denia is 10 minutes by car and Javea is 15 minutes by car. This is a residential area with a supermarket, tennis courts, horse riding, pharmacy, restaurants and an information office. There is a large shopping mall 5 minutes drive by car which houses all the popular shops i.e. Zara, Clarks, C&A, Casa, Eroski and Aldi to name but a few, together with McDonalds and several other restaurants. The villa overlooks a fertile valley growing oranges and almonds. Denia and Javea offer excellent beaches, restaurants and lots of amusements for children. Denia has a beautiful Marina which also has outstanding restaurants and a sea view of a castle.

there is a driveway at the side of the villa which can park 3 cars This is on a slope and care must be taken when parking the car. The villa is fully air conditioned and centrally heated to cater for all seasons. Villa is enclosed by 3 gates, one at the entrance and one at either side of the property.
