Negative: We had a problem with the hot water heater. In the end though it was resolved after we did not have hot water for 24 hours -we made the best of it. For future reference the person on call at the weekend just didn't seem to have the authority to make it happen faster, and coordinate with us a time that we could be there to explain what we were finding. A bit frustrating although they did always communicate when contacted, so this is more serving as feedback to the hosts than future renters. We would absolutely stay again!!!!!!!
Summary: A nice spacious home with all the comforts - highly recommend.
