Summary: This hotel is badly in need of a facelift. Everything was broken or dirty. Ice machine was broken, hot tub was broken, the shower rod was hanging off the wall. The hook in the bathroom door was broken off. Peeling paint in the stairwell and grubby carpets throughout. They shouldn’t be allowed to charge money for a hotel in this condition. Staff was friendly and tried to be helpful; very sad for them that they have to work there.
