this gorgeous custom built 3500 square foot home is located on a large half acre lot with sunset and valley views and features high quality finishes throughout Upon entry, you are greeted with a grand foyer and circular staircase highlighting the two story ceiling with open wood beams and crystal chandelier. Off the entry is a spacious billiard room with stone fireplace, leather sofa and 65 inch TV.
adjacent is the dining room with a round table to seat 6 people plus a built in coffee bar providing a perfect gathering to play games or share a meal The gourmet kitchen has a 7 foot island, custom cabinets, walk-in pantry and stainless steel appliances plus all the kitchen equipment you will need to prepare your meal and dine in style. Also features an additional eat in kitchen dining area for 8 people.
the kitchen is adjacent to the family room with a sectional sofa and 65 inch tv An attached office area features a desk with built-in bookcase. There is also a full bathroom on the main floor.
upstairs, there are 5 oversize bedrooms The master suite is modern style with a king sized bed. It is spacious with vaulted ceiling, fan and barn door to the luxurious bathroom features a marble shower, separate freestanding tub, dual vanities and walk-in closet. The junior suite has a Magnolia style king sized black iron bed, vaulted ceiling, fan and has an en suite bath with shower and vanity. The Coastal King room has wood floors, and a desk office area. Then there is the two double beds room that is tucked in at the end of the hall near the bunk room featuring a twin over full bunk bed. These three bedrooms share use of the full hall bath upstairs and the full bath downstairs.
the laundry room is conveniently located upstairs near the bedrooms and features newer front loader washer and gas dryer
the outside topical grounds and palm trees are a perfect setting to wind down and relax in the new spa under a lighted gazebo or enjoy tyhe many entertaining areas by the fire pit, the outdoor dining area and the sofa area under the covered patio Lots of room to play badminton, barbecue your dinner, and play on grassy lawn.

You’ll love the tasteful decor, new quality furnishings and great location. All rooms are very spacious. There are multiple areas to gather and dine, a great kitchen and luxurious baths. Features gigi blast internet, keyless entry at front and back door, central Air and heat with 3 zones, tankless tankless water heater, full size laundry room. It does have a steep driveway, but it is flat when you get to the top. Just pull straight in and park up to 4 cars in the concrete drive area.
