condo features tile & lvp flooring in the common areas and carpet in the bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, wet bar, tvs in both bedrooms and the living room as well as comfortable furnishings throughout This condo is on the 1st floor but there is parking under the building so you must go up a flight of stairs to get to the unit (no elevator). There is a private balcony off of the living room which faces the pool. There is also coin operated laundry onsite for your convenience.
