Positive: It was clean, and the staff was so nice. We ended up checking in and went to our room that was cold, dark and you couldn’t see anything out of the window. I was shocked and felt claustrophobic. So I went downstairs and politely asked for another room and they gave me a great room on the fourth floor with the pool view. I was very happy. Breakfast was great too. The pool was nice.
Negative: I was disappointed we couldn’t use the outside grill near the pool for cooking, but everything else was wonderful.
Summary: We had a great experience.
