-the house is in the woods You will likely see and hear critters. Mountain animals can rarely be seen (deer, bears and mountain lions). Food should not be left in the cars or outdoor spaces. If you see a bear during your stay whether in the park or in the driveway do not feed it. Stay away from it. bears are rare!
-maximum permitted occupancy is 10 (includes kids ages 5 and up) Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy will result in loss of the security deposit.
- this is a non-smoking property If you smoke inside the home you will lose the security deposit and will be charged additional cleaning fee and any additional damages.
- the hot tub and sauna is use at your own risk and is for guests 25 and over only You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. -there is an indoor and outdoor noiseaware monitor which does not record sound/audio, but tracks how loud the general environment is and will immediately alert the host if there is a violation of the noise policy
we live in a very family friendly neighborhood with elderly residents and children who we respect very much Guests will only be provided one warning of excessive noise. Failure to comply will result in eviction from the property cancellation of the reservation with NO REFUNDS.
