the house is equipped with two mini split style air conditioning units One is located on the second floor in the living/dining /kitchen area. The other is in the primary bedroom on the top floor. The ground level bedroom does not have an air conditioner. A portable tower fan is provided to help circulate and cool the air in the ground floor bedroom.
parking is allowed along the public street only It is free and does not require a permit. There is typically a space available on our street for more than one vehicle near the townhome community.
to access the property, there are a few steps up spaced apart along the exterior walkway to our front door
well-trained dogs are welcome here! maximum of 2 dogs Please let us know about your dogs in your booking message. A $75 fee for one dog is required, and $50 for a second dog. We apologize, but cats or any other pets cannot be accommodated.
