our feel-good holiday home with 160sqm of living space, almost 700sqm of land and a terrace with barbecue is located in the middle of the larch and stone pine forest of the turracher höhe at 1700m
on the ground floor, the lodge has a cozy living room with adjoining reading area / library and large open fireplace, there is also since november 2018 a large open kitchen with a cozy dining area next to a tiled stove The kitchen is very spacious and equipped with all technical appliances. In addition to a toilet, there is also a small bedroom with sink and a bunk bed (2 sleeps).
upstairs are 3 bedrooms with up to 12 sleeps Each bedroom has its own bathroom with toilet, shower and sink.
the cottage is equipped with wi-fi and modern lcd flat screen tv's in all living and bedrooms
in the basement there is the wellness area with sauna and whirlpool, the relaxation area with tea kitchen, flat-screen tv and fridge, a storage room with washer and dryer and a generous entrance area with enough storage space for cloakroom, shoes and even ski boots
