our secluded property is located on many acres of deep woods with a beautiful one acre pond! a private and fully stocked pond can be seen from the balcony and is a few yards or a short walk from the lodge There is a canoe on the property , you may enjoy time with your family fishing and riding a canoe. At night you may enjoy having a bonfire, making s'mores, and relaxing with your friends and family. There are numerous activities like ping-pong, volleyball, hiking and biking. Fun activities for all age groups! Railroad trips are offered by Texas State Railroad in Palestine all year round and about 20 minutes from lodge.

You may just come to spend a weekend! Whatever it is, it's a perfect place to get away from city life and to enjoy being secluded in a quiet oasis.

Extra pillows, sheets and blankets are provided. For extra people in your party, you may find a king size feather bed and a few air mattresses. all our beds are very comfortable and will provide you with the best and the most relaxing sleep!
