-no smoking (evidence of smoke inside the home or failure to properly dispose of cigarette butts will result in additional charges) please know there is an immediate $500 fee plus the cost of remediation if there is evidence of smoking of any substance inside the home

-pets are welcome with an $80 non-refundable fee and a 2 dog max Please do not let pets on the furniture or in the beds. Please pick up after your pet and dispose of waste in the outside trash can. Extra charges will apply for not picking up after your pet.

we will take care of cleaning, however we do ask you do the following:
load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start them
place any trash or recycling in the appropriate trash cans outside
we offer a 15-min grace period for late check-outs After 15 mins, there will be automatic $50 charge for unapproved late check outs.
note: any damages to the home will result in additional charges
lastly, while we have regular and excellent pest control, our climate can provide the conditions for an occasional bug sighting If you do spot a bug we will send pest control back out as quickly as possible, but please note that we do not provide refunds based on this.
