this vacation home has one of the best locations available in the popular rendezvous neighborhood, which is only a short 5-minute drive away from winter park resort with a free shuttle available just down the street The property is also a short 10 minute walk into Downtown Winter Park. The new resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other resort attractions including several summer activities. Just down the street is the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, a huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground (please note this is offsite). The Foundry is next door to the rec center with a bowling alley, movie theater, and brick oven pizza bar. This villa also provides walkout access to miles of neighborhood trails for hiking and mountain biking including a trout pond and children's playground.
