our neighborhood is cute and quiet close to the center of dc We are just a short trip away from downtown, U Street, 14th Street, Union Market, Shaw and the H Street Corridor. Several small restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance.
noma-gallaudet university and rhode island-brookland metro stops (red line) are both about half a mile away The red line offers access to the heart of DC including Union Station, Metro Center, and DuPont circle. Capital Bikeshare is just two blocks away. Take the G8 Bus on Rhode Island avenue straight into the heart of downtown. We are about 1.5 miles from Union Station for Amtrak, regional trains, and busses. 15 min car ride from Reagan Airport. Our location is also right off the MBT (Metropolitan Branch Trail), a great bike trail and running spot to get around the city.

• no parties, pre-games, or events Visitors are limited to one to two close friends or family members.
• quiet hours are in effect from 10pm to 8am every day
• loud speakers are not allowed for playing loud music at any time
• shoes are not permitted inside the house
• no smoking allowed, with a violation fee of $300 per night
• additional overnight guests beyond the reservation will incur a fee of $30 per person per night
• unauthorized late checkouts past 11:00 am will incur a fee of $100 per extra hour to cover the cost of cleaning
• any mess left behind that requires a deep cleaning will result in a fee of $200 to cover the cost of cleaning.
