there are two separate guest areas located in the same building The downstairs has a private bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, full bath, king bed and sleeper sofa in the living area.
the upstairs has a large open area, queen bed, 2 bunk beds and sleeper sofa There is a kitchenette with sink, microwave oven and refrigerator. It has a large bath with shower. Keurig coffee makers are included in both units along with the pods.
to be clear, you would be renting the entire house, not just one level We don't ever rent the levels separately. Access to the upper level is by the outside stairs on the side of the house.
we have dish satellite service and there are large flat panel tvs on both levels with netflix available downstairs We also have free Wi-Fi service.
