our home is very inviting, cozy, warm, and family friendly

the neighborhood is surrounded with families that have lived in their homes for years Very safe and no crime.
we are located right off the 210 fwy, between the 57 and 605 freeway Easy access to all freeways from this location. Also, we are located near the Metro Gold Line that can take to Union Station located in the heart of Los Angeles.
**there is another home towards the back of the property The people who live in the back house clean and maintain the entire property.
**there is absolutely no drugs (including marijuana), no smoking, no pets, and no parties allowed anywhere on the property (inside and out) Any violation of the house rules (you automatically forfeit your security deposit) and you will be told to leave. if this is an issue, you can cancel your reservation within 12hrs of this message and i will give you a full refund (minus any airbnb service charges)
house rules:
1) arriving at the home with more guests than you booked, including babies and small children, violates the house rules If you arrive with more guests than you booked, the reservation must be changed to reflect the proper number of guests before you will be allowed to check-in.
2) check in is anytime after 4pm, please communicate your arrival time Please don't arrive early without prior notice we have agreed on early check-in and the early check-in fee was paid.
3) no smoking in the house
4) no eating in the bedrooms
5) no parties / no events
6) no illegal activity, this includes marijuana the smell is horrible!
7) please don't walk around in the home with your shoes on Please take them off when waking throughout the home.
8) all pets have to be approved first Not all pets are welcome. There is an extra cleaning fee based on the size of the pet, length of stay, and amount of pets. If pets are approved, pets are not allowed on the Furniture and beds. Please clean up your pets mess. Don’t leave it for the next guest.
9) this is a quiet neighborhood, so guests are expected to enjoy the peaceful environment Nothing loud that will disturb the neighbors. Quite hours are from 9pm-7am.
10) please leave the place neat and clean before leaving This includes taking out the trash during your stay, and before checking out. Please wash any dishes that you use. Place all towels in the shower.
