we have a lovely back deck that is surrounded by trees It’s the perfect place to do some bird watching. You may even see a deer or bunny at times.
there is a nice community pool that looks out at the lake (open from end of may - september each year), community boat ramp, playground, tennis/pickleball court, basketball court, and trails through the gorgeous woods Located conveniently to Morrow Mountain State Park and Uwharrie National Forest, you can enjoy the outdoors very easily.
bring your boat with you! you can bring your boat or jet skis inside the community (pay $25 boat fee at the gate) The boat/jet skis must come back to the home each day as there is no dock for guest use. There is plenty of parking at our home! Please let us know if you are bringing a boat or jet ski.
