- 25 minutes to kenosha pass & 20 minutes to boreas pass road (leaf peeping central!)
- close to several spots for fishing, fly fishing & ice fishing
- 1 hour to buena vista & mount princeton hot springs

house rules:
- smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside or outside on the property and will result in a minimum of $1000 fine
- quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am
- all garbage must be placed in provided kitchen sized garbage bags and placed in the wildlife-proof receptacle near the end of the driveway prior to departure No loose trash in the garbage bin, everything must be in a trash bag, tied tightly.
- all dog waste must be picked up and disposed of as written above If dog waste is left on the property, an additional fee of 200$ will be charged to the renter.
- guests are not permitted to use any ember causing fire methods such as wood burning fire pits or charcoal grills at any time due to fire restrictions and wildfire risk
- if the hot tub cover is not placed back correctly when the hot tub is not in use and damage is incurred as a result, a fee of up to $1000 will be charged to the guest’s account to cover the cost of potential damage or necessary maintenance
- no glass is allowed in or around the hot tub Broken glass inside the hot tub or otherwise excessively dirty hot tub will result in a $350 fine to empty, clean and refill the hot tub.
please note: while our starlink wifi is very reliable, the cabin is in a remote mountain location, and power outages can occasionally occur, especially during storms or high winds These are typically short and resolved quickly, but we want you to be aware in advance.
