Charming one bedroom (for two), one bath cottage is nestled in the trees with large, sunny front and back yards, deck and parking on a quiet, dead-end road. Conveniently located 5 miles outside of Margaretville (supermarket, shopping, restaurants, antiques) and Hannah Country Club, a public golf course is just down the road.

skiing and snowboarding is just 10-15 minute drive to bellaeyre ski area or plattekill ski area, as well as many cross-country trails

summer attractions include farmers market (may-october) at the round barn located about 1 mile from the cottage They have great produce, organic meat, wonderful desserts, artisanal cheese and local crafts--or go for breakfast and hang-out. It's got country charm at every turn. There's even an accordion player to top it off.
