this cozy apartment is equipped with an illy espresso maker, french press, a few spices and amenities, and plenty of pantry and closet space The queen sized bed is tucked away behind a partial wall for privacy. The sleeper sofa is in the T. V. room and sleeps 2 (studio style-no separate bedroom). Shared Washer/Dryer. There is a HEPA filter (filtration system is a separate system from upstairs).

my place is a little retreat in the city! no parties, no pets, no smoking, no drugs I live upstairs and you may hear me from time to time. I will be mindful and quiet (and ear plugs are provided in the kitchen drawer to the left of the sink). Shhhh!.
