this chalet is nestled in the woods, located just minutes from the front gate and sits on one of the best lots in all of innsbrook not only will you enjoy the beautiful views but the chalet stands out from the rest due to the flat water's edge property, private hot tub, unique pergola with relaxing swings that surround the fire pit, private beach, kayaks, 4- person paddle boat, stand up paddle boards, 6 person pontoon boat, lily pad, and a private dock which is perfect for sipping coffee in morning, sunbathing, feeding the catfish or catching blue gills and bass!
the main level is complete with a cozy kitchen, full bath with a small shower, dining room, family room with a wood burning stove, a bedroom featuring one queen sized bed, wrap around deck and stunning views of lake audubon You'll quickly realize why Innsbrook featured this chalet's view on the front of the resort map.
the upstairs has one bedroom complete two queen beds, a half bath and a loft that has a day bed with pop up trundle This chalet sleeps 8 adults comfortably.

• cool off in the zero-entry swimming pool complete with a lazy river don't worry, there's a bar and concession stand! (memorial day - labor day)
• if the private beach at the chalet isn't your thing then there's several larger beaches close by, all with water access
• do you enjoy live music? then pack your lawn chairs, a cooler, bug spray and a blanket because every saturday innsbrook features some of the best bands at their outdoor amphitheater (during the summer) Bands play from 7:30-10pm.
• need to burn some of the kiddos extra energy? have no fear, there is a great children's playground to keep them busy
• for those that still want to work up a sweat, there is a fitness center within the resort The fitness center also has female and male locker rooms, showers and laundry facilities should you need those during your stay.
