Welcome Home to the Courtney House! The Courtney house is located on the cove of Eutaw Springs where fishing off the private dock can be very rewarding. The dock is newly renovated with pole holders and lights for night fishing. Our former guest caught 36 catfish off the dock during their 4 night stay! The 20'x40' boat ramp located on the property gives fishermen the opportunity to launch their boats easily right from the house. Sit on the dock and watch the osprey dive for fish and the occasional bald eagle soar above the cove. Bring your boat, your fishing pole, or favorite book to enjoy a little piece of heaven in Eutawville. As the day closes, the fire pit is ready for an evening under the stars.

The main house has three bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen beds), 2 full baths and the apartment over the garage has two bedrooms, one king and the second bedroom holds two twin sets of bunkbeds with a Jack & Jill tub/shower bathroom.
