There are dozens of evergreens and privacy fencing all over the property making it very peaceful. Enjoy the properties unique amenities all to yourselves including a heated Pool, pool house, swing, bonfire w/Slate Bar. Be entertained in Rustic 1800’s Barn Bar & game room w/pool, ping pong, foosball, darts, corn hole & air hockey. The property has a Tiny house (2 guests max) Winter amenities include Cross Country Skis & Snowshoes Provided!!!!! Also take a walk to the Small orchard or enjoy the hammock. Only .5 miles to town, 7 mins to Cockaigne Ski Resort, 35 mins to Ellicottville, Allegheny Hiking Trails, 50 mins to Buffalo/Niagara Falls, 30 mins to Jamestown/Chautauqua, 20 mins to Lake Erie or Lily Dale & Snowmobile Trail just down road at the Ball Park.
