The more than 100-year-old two-storey coachman's house has been converted into a monumental 50 m² house.

the more than 100 years old two-storey coachman's house has been converted into a well thought-out 50 m² cottage, the barn gates replaced by glazing and doors, so that one always has a reference to the old garden with venerable walnut trees Located on the ground floor, the space is defined by a 3-metre-long kitchenette with a window above the sink and a comfortable sofa bed in the living and kitchen area. At a large, floor-to-ceiling window there is a dining table where a good 3 people can dine. The space looks very cozy due to the light, the white painted, old brick cap ceiling and the floor heated with modern underfloor heating in natural stone design. Two people can sleep on the couch (1.40 m). An oak staircase, under which the shower room is cleverly arranged, you enter the bedroom. The house is accessed from the garden side via a wide terrace, where you can sit in a small circle and overlook the garden. The neighboring cottage is adjoined by a shared space (5 m²), where there is a washing machine and a dryer. Guests have access to a newly furnished gym (18 m²) and (on request) a wellness area with Finnish sauna.
