we ask kindly that you do not wear shoes upstairs when they may be wet or dirty
if you or your group break, damage or steal any thing we take the policy of ":you break it, you buy it"
no confetti
before going to bed if we can ask that you remove any fake tan/ make up that may potentially damages the linen
no excessive use of alcohol and drugs will not be tolerated on the property
smoking indoors incurs a fine of €20000 pp.
the property reserves the right to check id and all guests must have a government id present during the stay

if any house rules are broken, gross misconduct, illegal activity or any activity deemed un acceptable by management is suspected or seen we reserve the right to ask the group to leave the premises and with refusal the relevant authority will be advised and action taken.
