Located on 33 acres with a view of surrounding hills, pastures, and the Shoreham Pinnacle, this private home is just 15 minutes from Middlebury College and downtown Middlebury, and a short drive from downhill and nordic skiing, world class gravel road biking, hiking in the Green Mountains, and more.
you’ll have the entire home and property to yourselves, with three bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, an office, and a cozy living room with a woodburning fireplace The 2,400-square foot home is spacious, with plenty of room to spread out.
enjoy a roaring fire in the living room, and curl up with a book or board game from collection We offer Starlink internet access, the fastest available in our rural location, for streaming shows and videos or logging on for a day of remote work. our master bedroom includes a queen bed, large closet and bathroom, and a deep tub for soaking (jets are not functional at this time) On the other side of the house, you’ll find another two bedrooms (both upstairs), each equipped with a double bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower and jetted tub; a third bathroom, with a shower, is located on the ground floor. Beds throughout the house come with comfortable, high quality linens and extra blankets. Each room also includes a small sitting area with a rocking chair and views that can’t be beat.
