Pigeons Piece is a pretty detached Cotswold cottage with accommodation for up to 7 +1 over 2 floors. The house sits on the edge of the Cotswolds, a mile from Woodstock and Blenheim Palace and 9 miles from the City of Oxford and ten minutes by car to Soho Farmhouse and Estelle Manor. The house is light and characterful, with beautiful Cotswold stone, and has recently undergone extensive refurbishment.
downstairs is a large, well equipped open plan kitchen and dining area that was recently featured in a national magazine Off the kitchen is a utility room, cloakroom and downstairs loo. There is the luxury of 3 well appointed reception rooms, one with a beautiful gas fire and a snug/cinema room offering Netflix and Sky and a wood burning stove.
upstairs are four bedrooms sleeping seven plus one All beds have luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets and duvet covers. Fluffy white towels are provided.

There is a newly refurbished childrens playground in the village for our younger guests to explore.
there are lovely walks to be taken directly from the property including accessing the oxfordshire way/akeman roman road, the village river meadows sanctuary and exploring neighbouring blenheim palace
woodstock is 1 mile away and has a bank, restaurants, pubs, take-aways and many interesting shops and is also home to blenheim palace and the lovely blenheim estate which frequently hosts a variety of shows and events
