this 2,125 square foot home has a sunroom, living room, dining area and a game room in the basement complete with a foosball table and large flat screen tv! the flooring has been updated to hardwood and tile floors throughout There are 7 TVs in this well appointed vacation home, including a 55" (or larger) flat screen in living room. cable tv featuring most of your favorite channels, high speed wireless internet (wi-fi), central air-conditioning, and even a kayak are all provided for your enjoyment and comfort!

The 5th bedroom/den is on the first floor and has two twin beds. There are 5 Bathrooms - each king and queen bedroom has its own private bath - the 5th full bath with tub/shower combo is located off the main hallway for general use and for the guests in the twin bedroom. There are 2 on-site laundry facilities available for your convenience, on on the main floor and one in the game room on the lower level/basement.

I am just 15 minutes from the property and I can easily be reached at any time via call or text should you have any questions or issues. You will be greeted by me or one of my teammates at the property. We will get you registered, give you the keys and a brief orientation to the property to get you settled in.
